7. AI platforms, models, and features may change, degrade, or be discontinued without notice. These changes may materially affect outputs, benchmarking, or comparability of reports. Such changes do not constitute a failure of service.
8. Our analysis relies on third-party AI aggregation and benchmarking tools, including Gumshoe AI. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, limitations, outages, or data changes originating from third-party platforms.
9. AI-generated insights may contain inaccuracies, assumptions, or inferred information. Outputs should be treated as strategic guidance only and not as factual, legal, financial, or marketing guarantees.
10. The client remains solely responsible for business decisions made based on the report. We do not accept liability for actions taken, changes implemented, or losses incurred as a result of reliance on AI-generated insights.
11. The client may use the final report internally for business purposes. All methodologies, frameworks, prompts, and analytical processes remain our intellectual property.
12. Any client-provided information is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
13. AI optimisation (GEO/AIO) is distinct from traditional SEO and does not replace technical SEO, paid advertising, or content marketing services.
14. To ensure the AI analysis results are effective, the client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for AI research, including business descriptions, products and services, brand positioning, website URLs, and relevant content.
